Molly Guy MSN, MPH is the Senior Director of Clinical Modernization and Transformation UnitedHealth Group where she is focused on advancing strategies to innovate for the next-generation of high quality health promotion/disease prevention strategies and programs.
Prior to joining UHG in 2022, Molly was a Senior Program Officer at PATH, a global health non-profit, where she provided technical and programmatic oversight of project design, implementation, and evaluation of non-communicable disease programs around the world. Passionate about expanding access to health and healthcare, Molly has served as the Head of Innovation and Policy at Medtronic Labs (a social business start-up within Medtronic), the Clinical Affairs Manager at the Statistical Center for HIV/AIDS Research and Prevention, and as a registered nurse at Mayo Clinic.
Molly earned an MPH and MSN, with a focus on global health, from Emory University, she completed a Global Health Fellowship with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a BA in Nursing from St. Olaf College.
